How I work with clients
I believe that my clients hold the keys to their own healing potential. As a practitioner, my role is as an educator and partner in encouraging and supporting an individual’s goals for health and well-being. I utilize time outside in nature as a reflective and grounding center for identifying challenges, exploring solutions and testing new coping techniques. I balance Jungian theoretical approaches to psychology with mindfulness and meditation practices focused around an individual or couples strengths and common goals.
