How I work with clients
My therapeutic approach is holistic and integrative, drawing from interpersonal process, mindfulness, somatic, cognitive-behavioral (CBT), humanistic, and contextual/multicultural theories. I have post-graduate training in psychedelic assisted therapy, harm reduction therapy, and sensorimotor therapy.
