We are a small ayahuasca retreat center family owned and operated by a local Peruvian family. We know that large group sizes can be a distraction from your healing during an ayahuasca ceremony. That is why we do not allow more than 8 participants at a retreat. You will receive personal attention and care during your entire stay with us.
Our founder has worked in over 10 different ayahuasca centers and has over 30 years of experience working with people from all over the world as a tour guide at a variety of lodges in Peru. He built Ayahuasca Oasis Healing Center in 2017 with lots of help from his family and many volunteers who believe in his desire to build an ayahuasca retreat focused on love and healing (instead of greed).
By visiting our retreat, you will be contributing directly to local Peruvian families. (Many retreats are owned by foreigners.) And you will experience Peru with the guidance of a family that was born and raised near the retreat.
Our shamen have over 40 years of experience with ayahuasca, having learned from their own grandfather when they were only teenagers growing up in the middle of the Amazon jungle.
I highly recommend a stay at Ayahuasca Oasis. Oscar, the owner is Amazing. He will ensure you get a professional and safe experience. Very knowledgeable about the jungle and an amazing singer/guitarist who entertained us in the evenings. He was with us from pickup to drop off. He made my stay unforgettable! I thoroughly enjoyed all the activities, be it boat rides on the Amazon, piranha fishing, visits to local tribes and villages, animal rescue centre, night/day walks in the jungle, pink dolphin watching.
A “must do/must see” to be added to your bucket list. Do not hesitate to book, you won’t regret. Sylvie Venue Highlights Enjoy personalized attention with maximum group sizes of 8 people.
Our retreats include all meals, a sauna bath, mud bath, and flower bath, and several excursions around the Amazon. Because of our small size, you will have the opportunity to choose which excursions you prefer, whether its a boat ride down the Amazon, visits to local Indian villages, hikes through the jungle, or to visit jungle animals rescued from the black market like sloths and monkeys.
You can also enjoy a 360 degree view of the Amazon jungle from our watchtower or time in our butterfly house. Your money will be contributing directly to the Peruvian economy because we are owned and operated by a local Peruvian family.
